My Lil' Hidayah Nafisah turns 3...

14 July 2011 was my daughter Hidayah Nafisah's 3rd birthday...HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BABY MAMA!!!  Initially she wanted cake with Dora cartoon character...later when I ordered xtra Princess Barbie edible image she changed her mind. ...as for the cake flavor, she insisted to have ice cream cake... Wah! Wah! ..banyak songgel yer... bak kata nenek..."mentang-mentang Mamanya pandai buat kek..."

Unfortunely Abah was not around to celebrate her birthday... Pity her... (..well, bukan dia faham sgt pun!!...) Just as a symbolic of her birthday, I made this simple 6" blueberry cheesecake. it finished by the four of us in split seconds..hu hu

Once Abah's back home... I made her dream Princess Barbie Ice Cream Cake. Pity her coz Mama n Abah were too busy... I took 3 days to complete the cake...

Again we couldn't wait for Abah for her fav. part..which is to CUT the cake...
